1.Can I choose my own doctor?

Yes, a user can select a specific doctor for a chat or consultation. The user can choose their doctors in “find my doctor” tab using on search functionality.

2.How do I search for a doctor?

You can search for a specific doctor registered on my OPD online in the find my doctor. This page will also provide you the option to filter doctors based on your requirements.

3.How do I chat with a doctor?

You can chat with a doctor on the site through chat box option.

4.Can I book an appointment on the telephone?

Yes, you can call on our contact number and our moderator will book your appointment.

5.I missed the consultation call from the doctor. What do I do now?

You have received SMS and notification on your desired time but, if you missed your call from the doctor you have to again take the appointment.

6.How do I pay for treatment?

We accept payments using, jazz cash or debit /credit card.

7.How do I change my personal details?

You can easily change your personal details by going to your Patient panel, clicking on “Edit profile” and then “Change your personal and log in details”.

8.I have forgotten my username/password. How do I get access to my Patient Record?

Please click on “Log in to Patient Record” and then select “I’ve forgotten my username” or “I’ve forgotten my password”. At this point you can enter your email address or phone number, and we will respond to you with your login details.
